The local property market in Newton-le-Willows remains strong in January and into February 2022.   

Rightmove reports (below) show the number of properties with sales agreed in January is similar to the number of new properties coming to market. We are also seeing a high level of valuation requests from new sellers and a constant high level of viewing requests from potential buyers. 

Sales were agreed on 39 properties in Newton-le-Willows, with Jump-Pad leading the way securing 11 sales (stc).







There were 35 New properties listed for sale in Newton-le-Willows (on Rightmove) in January.  This is slightly less than the volume of sales agreed, but the numbers are close, leaving a similar number of properties available to purchase in February.
