Director and Co-founder 


Following a successful career in corporate Sales and Management spanning 25+ years, whilst renovating and selling a number of properties, Lincoln passed the NFOPP qualifications in property sales, Co-founding, and growing Jump-Pad since 2015.



LOUISE HEWETT
DIRECTOR and Co-Founder 

Louise’s passion for property started from owning her 1^st home aged 23 and renovating a number of properties personally, and for resale. Her sales experience spans  20+ years working for large organisations, and has professional qualifications in both property Sales and Lettings.  

SARAH MALEN
Lettings Administrator



Sarah joined Jump-Pad as an apprentice in 2023,  and successfully completed  Level-2 Propertymark qualifications in Lettings Management.



RUBY EVANS
Sales Negotiator



Ruby joined Jump-Pad in 2024 and recently passed her apprenticeship, study for propertymark level 2 qualifications in Property Sales.
