RIGHTMOVE: Latest insights reveal the strongest spring housing market in a decade.

There has been a record number of buyer enquiries made through Rightmove in March 2021, with an increase of 34% on last years (pre-lock-down) strong demand.

Buyer demand is outstripping the number of available properties for sale by the largest margin in the past 10 years - possibly making this one of the best ever  Easter periods to sell.

Demand is expected to increase from April with the new government mortgage guarantees, enabling mortgages of upto 95% (LTV).  Plus the stamp duty holiday extension until September for properties up to £250,000.
