We do not allow access for surveys, or send the memorandum of sale until you are ready. This ensures the sale cannot progress, and the buyer doesn’t spend money, until you have found a property and are ready to go.
On rare occasions, it has taken longer than expected to find a property and the buyer decides they can’t wait and purchases another property. In which case we simply re-list your home, get a new buyer ready to start the process.
